Keep it Simple - Ease Anxiety & Tension Somatically

This is an overwhelming time for many.

I'm finding it more and more helpful to step into very simple embodied practices to help myself and my clients feel grounded and available for what they want to pay attention to.

Back in March, I spent a full week studying Structural Integration with the brilliant Caryn McHose and Kevin Frank. It was a phenomenal experience to immerse with other somatic practitioners, and learn more ways to be strong and fluid as we meet the challenges (and joys!) that this life and world hold.

Sharing this work with clients has yielded such wonderful results: anxiety slipping away, strength to hold boundaries, more ability to be with what's going on and not get overwhelmed, pain resolving, a sense of lightness in the body, ease and flow...

I am so grateful!

I wanted to share a little Lee-flovored taste of what we learned there - a physical practice for becoming more grounded and reducing overwhelm.

Try it out in this video and let me know what happens for you!
