Enjoying the In-Betweens: a New Year's Meditation
Perhaps, this new years can be a spacious in-between.
Rather than a threshold that dares us to jump higher,
be more,
be better, somehow, than who we are.
Perhaps this New Year can be a point of connection,
between one moment to the next,
between ourselves and the world of beings around us
between our breaths.
And the spaces in between all the cells in our body,
all our thougths and dreams and longings,
can rest.
can sing.
